If you noticed that you have already accomplished those two labs successfully and yet you didn't earn the badges for them.
here is the quick fix : Just re-attempt the labs, your attempt will be built on the last so you just submit, and puf! you get them.

The reason for this issue, is that because I added the badges later, and had to change the completion condition of the lab to be: "passing grade 5/10" in order to earn the badges.
